To learn how to win we must first learn how to lose.
We must train hard and learn how to pick ourselves up and try again. And again and again.
We face a personal daily challenge, with the desire to put ourselves to the test and overcome our limits.
This requires effort, dedication, passion: training challenges us with the most difficult opponent of all: ourselves. And some advice from those who have already been there and keep training hard every day to reach and above all (what’s even more difficult) to stay at the top, can be useful.
